The applicant must:

• use the photos or videos only for the purposes declared in the application;
• request a new authorisation from the Opera del Duomo for uses other than those originally declared;
• not make copies of any kind;
• not transfer copies or the permission to use photos and videos to third parties;
• respect the copyright of Opera del Duomo;
• credit the Opera del Duomo di Orvieto for every photo, as follows: “Courtesy of the Opera del Duomo di Orvieto” or “© Opera del Duomo di Orvieto”;
• provide, free of charge, a copy of the images, videos, publications, or products for which reproductions have been granted, along with any related promotional material, while granting the Opera del Duomo unrestricted use of said material.
